Personal Lines and Private Client Consulting
Personal Lines consulting offers employees of MAI member organizations access to expert guidance on individual insurance needs, including home, renters, watercraft, auto, umbrella, and valuable items coverage. The service helps employees evaluate their personal risk exposure, identify coverage gaps, and secure competitive rates — providing a meaningful value-add that supports employee financial wellness and enhances the overall benefits experience.
403(b) and 401(k) Evaluation
HUB’s retirement specialists provide MAI member organizations with a comprehensive evaluation of their 403(b) or 401(k) plan, including fee benchmarking, investment menu analysis, plan design review, and fiduciary risk assessment. The service helps organizations ensure their retirement program is competitive, cost-efficient, and aligned with employee needs — strengthening recruitment and retention while reducing organizational liability.
Property & Casualty
HUB’s Property & Casualty team provides MAI member organizations with a thorough review of their commercial insurance program, including general liability, property, directors & officers, employment practices liability, and workers’ compensation coverage. The service identifies gaps in protection, benchmarks premiums against peer organizations, and leverages HUB’s national carrier relationships to secure broader coverage at competitive rates — helping nonprofits safeguard their mission and reduce total cost of risk.
