Traci Donnelly
Traci Donnelly is the Founder and President of the Impact Collaborative, where she leads strategic initiatives to expand social impact and drive innovation. Traci joined The Child Center of NY in 2013 as Chief Operating Officer and quickly advanced to CEO and Executive Director in 2014, guiding the organization through significant growth and transformation.
Before her work at The Child Center, Traci was the Senior Vice President and New York State Regional Director of Phoenix House, overseeing $60 million in bonding projects and leading both residential and outpatient treatment programs across the state. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable experience as a director of mental health services and as a special education teacher.
Traci holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice and a master’s in education from Dowling College. She is also a certified special education teacher in New York State.

Y. Claire Wang, M.D., Sc.D.
Dr. Claire Wang is a seasoned physician epidemiologist with over two decades of leadership across academia, government, and the nonprofit sector. Her work has consistently focused on behavioral health, disease prevention, and health policy—driven by her guiding mission: bringing people together to magnify impact. She is proud to serve as the founding Executive Director of the Impact Collaborative.
Prior to this role, Dr. Wang served as Associate Deputy Director at the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health. There, she led major initiatives including the statewide expansion of the 9-8-8 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, the implementation of e-referral and care coordination platforms statewide, and the evaluation of the State’s Overdose System of Care. She previously held tenured academic appointments at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and the New York Academy of Medicine. She is the author of more than 85 peer-reviewed publications and was named an Emerging Leader in Health and Medicine by the National Academy of Medicine. As a Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Fellow, she served in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services during the Obama administration.
Dr. Wang holds degrees from the National Taiwan University and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She lives in Wilmington, Delaware, with her husband.

Tom Grech
Thomas J. Grech is the President & CEO of the Queens Chamber of Commerce, based in East Elmhurst. The Chamber is the oldest and largest business association in Queens, representing more than 1,150 businesses and more than 100,000 Queens-based employees.
Grech holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton and an MBA in International Business from Manhattan College. Before coming to the Queens Chamber, he served as a Supply Chain Executive with SONY DADC, Managing Director at JJT Energy, assistant professor of business at Farmingdale State College, and Director of Sales for CCI Energy Solutions and their partner, Breakwater Ventures.

Jihoon Kim
Jihoon Kim is the President and Chief Executive Officer of InUnity Alliance, a membership organization in New York State consisting of over 200 agencies that provide addiction, mental health, health, and social services to individuals of all ages. Mr. Kim most recently served as Deputy Secretary for Human Services and Mental Hygiene under Governor Kathy Hochul. In this role, he managed thirteen state agencies and offices and served as Co-Chair of New York’s Child Poverty Reduction Advisory Council.
He was instrumental in developing New York’s historic multi-year investment in the continuum of mental health care, prioritizing initiatives to combat the opioid overdose epidemic by efficiently distributing opioid settlement funds, expanding access to affordable childcare, and launching strategic efforts to reduce child poverty by 50% over ten years. Additionally, he established New York State’s first Office of the Chief Disability Officer.
With over fifteen years of experience in government affairs, policy, and executive leadership, Jihoon has held positions with the New York State Senate, the New York Attorney General’s Office, and the Office of Mental Health. He is a Licensed Master Social Worker and holds a Master of Social Work degree from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College.

Linda Rosenberg, MSW
Linda Rosenberg advises payers, health systems, community behavioral health organizations and associations, and private sector companies and investors on access to effective services. With a unique blend of operational and policy expertise, Linda identifies opportunities, grows businesses, and navigates the complex regulatory and financial scaffolding needed for scaling and sustaining. Faculty at Columbia University’s Department of Psychiatry, Linda is Senior Advisor to Health Management Associates; Co-Founder of the Office of CEO; and an Operating Partner and Advisor to Empactful Capital.
Linda was President and CEO of the National Council for Mental Wellbeing until her retirement in 2019. She increased membership to 3300+ organizations, growing annual revenue from 2 to 55+ million. Her leadership helped pass parity, create SAMHSA’s Integration of Primary and Behavioral Health Care program, establish Behavioral Health Homes in Medicaid, develop Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs), and introduce and bring Mental Health First Aid to scale.
Prior to joining the National Council, Linda was New York State’s Senior Deputy Commissioner for Mental Health. Among her initiatives were the first pre-release unit for state prisoners with mental illnesses; New York’s first Mental Health Court; county run Single Points of Access; expansion of peer services, housing first, and school mental health clinics; and Medicaid based Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS).
Linda serves on the boards of Cohen Veterans Network, Centerstone Institute, and Meadows Policy Institute, and is an independent company board member of Netsmart Technologies, Triad BehavioralHealth, and Pyramid Healthcare.

Rachel Martin
Rachel Martin is Chief Operating Officer for Born This Way Foundation. In this role she works closely with the Foundation’s co-founders to set organizational strategy and oversees the talented programs, research, and communications teams to bring that strategy to life in support of a kinder, braver world built for and with young people. She’s worked with the Foundation in a variety of capacities since 2014, including as Deputy Executive Director. Rachel’s background includes operations, communications, and leadership roles within the nonprofit, advocacy, and government sectors, including for the Democratic National Committee during the 2012 presidential cycle, for NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio, and for Kamala Harris for the People in 2020. She also served as COO of a mission-driven digital agency and helped an array of nonprofit, advocacy, and corporate clients develop and execute strategic communications plans while at PR firm DKC. A graduate of George Washington University, Rachel is originally from Massachusetts and currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.

Sherri Romano, LCSW
Sherri Romano, LCSW, completed her undergraduate Sociology and Psychology degrees at the University of Rhode Island. Born and raised in Rhode Island, she moved to New York just after graduating from Rhode Island College with a dual Master’s Degree in Policy/Administration and Clinical Social Work. She began her professional career in NYC working with high risk youth and families connected to the foster care system, continued to diversify her skills leading Medicaid Waiver programs, and found a new love leading an RTC for dually diagnosed IDD/SED youth. Hoping to make change on a larger scale, she transitioned to government, working for the Office of Mental Health and learned the complications of policies, politics and funding. Ultimately, she found her home at The Child Center of New York, with like-minded teams centered on innovation and raising the bar on best practice. She proudly oversees the clinical practice for TCCNY and collaborates with their partners to develop AI programs that allow clinician’s to focus on their true calling and passion- their clients.
